BO-A One-component Compound Adhesive

(PMMA/PVC Color Film)

BO-A is a single-component environmental compound adhesive for bonding (wet-base) between Plexiglas sheet (PMMA) and PVC color film. Compound product bonded by the adhesive is characterized by high transparency and strong adhesion. And the use of operation is easy. It is widely applied to decorative material industry. It is suitable for the market abroad because of environmental protection, low odor, and fast-drying.

â€‹Application

It is suitable for lamination between PVC sheet and other materials such as PET sheet,PMMA sheet and so on.

Technical performance index
1.Appearance: Clear or light yellow transparent sticky liquid
2.Viscosity: *0~*0s (#3 cup)
3.pH value:**7
4.Peel strength: Substrate will be broken if peeling off by hand after Plexiglas sheet and PVC color film have been bonded together in *4 hours.

Process condition and requirement
1.This product is suitable for wet-base bonding.
2.The amount of adhesive(wet-basis):≥*0 g/ ãŽ¡
3.After *4 hours at room temperature, you can take next process.
4.Dilute it with ethyl acetate or butyl acetate if need.

Cautions
1.Cant be mix with other Adhesives.
2. To avoid turbidity, please clean all equipment, including plastic tank, buckets and relevant tools before using the adhesive.
