SIMPLE NNPC PROCEDURE FOR CIF

1. Both parties sign and lodge SPA with respective Banks

2. Buyers returns SPA with full NOR/ETA format . Seller nominates vessel , load vessel and send NOR & ETA to the buyers point of discharge

3.Within *2 hrs after sighning SPA buyers issue SBLC or BG via MT**0 to seller nominated Bank.

4.Seler confirms MT**0, Seller issue 2% to buyer and release full cargo document to buyer bank.

5.vessel sets sail to POD and issue periodic ETA to buyer

6. Within *4hrs of vessel arrival at , POD, buyer  boards, inspect and release report to both parties and discharge Cargo.

7. Within *8hrs after discharge buyer makes full  payments of cargo to seller and agents.
