The manufacturing plant has CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending Press Brake, VMC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Wire Forming, Automatic Pressure Die casting, Forging Presses, Pneumatic Feeders, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Machines alongside the Hand Polishing, Hand Spinning and Sand Casting to ensure the highest precision while preserving the soul of the product. We offer Powder Coating, Electro Galvanized Passivation (White/Yellow/Green), Hot Dip Galvanized, Electro Plated, Hand Polished, Polished and Lacquered, Anodised and Custom Finishes to customer requirements.

The ISO ***1:***5 and ISO ****1:***5 are implemented at every level inside the factory. Apart from these, we regularly focus on practices like 5S, LEAN Manufacturing, POKE-YOKE, Departmental Safety Score, My Machine, Zero Effect-Zero Defect, Water Metering and Fire and Safety mock drills at the manufacturing plant to stay up to date.
