PAYMENT TERMS :    Contract shipment : SBLC (Non Transferable) worth one month shipment + MT **3 against shipping documents

P.S.: Visits are only allowed to watch the loading of the vessel at the port.



POP (Proof of Product) will be issued only after SBCL is operative.



If the buyer is reselling and is to receive a banking instrument from the end buyer, then in this case we wont start the deal itself unless buyer is ready to go, that is issue the SBLC, as we have a deadline to finalize the deal. 



COLLATERAL



The contract prices are subject of collateral from the buyer by SBLC MT **0 equivalent to one month as collateral for any default from the buyer or for the last month shipment. The SBLC has to be valid for the contract period and every load has to be paid by MT**3/TT against shipping documents. 



PROCEDURES :



1.Buyer will issue LOI / ICPO with full details and bank information ;

2.Seller issue the FCO ;

3.The Seller will present the draft contract for acceptance by the Buyer. Contract goes through normal

negotiation and validation period. 

4.Buyer returns the draft contract by exchanging it by facsimile or Email attachment, duly signed and sealed within *4 hours, the draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.

5.Upon receipt of fully executed contract in PDF format, the Buyer's bank must issues the SWIFT SBLC MT **0 as Collateral for one month (last) value $ (…) received by the Seller's Bank within 3 (three) bank working days. Seller Bank will issue to Buyer Bank POP (2) in bank working days and 2% PB (Performance Bond) on first shipment.

6.Required listed documents will be forwarded to the Buyer.



The delivery and forwarding begin immediately according to the contract. All Banking charges including

confirmation from the Buyer Bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking charges incurred by Seller at Seller Bank shall be borne by the Seller.
