Brazilian Daterra Bruzzi by Terra Nera

Brazil is known as one of the biggest producer of coffee in the world. It is a big country with many variations in terrain and topography.  
Daterra Bruzzi is produced in Cerrado Mineiro with a farm size of ***0 hectares. But only *0% is used to cultivate coffee. The rest is preservation area.
Daterra  was born to be a high quality and sustainable coffee producer. It’s relatively a new coffee if compared with to South of Minas.   
It was developed at an altitude of ***0 meters, with average temperature between *9 and *4 Celsius all year. The farm is divided into mini-farms called parcels. With their own weather systems that produce unique coffee's.
Daterra is the first brazilian farm to be Rainforest Alliance and it’s the only in Brazil which is RA, UTz Kapeh, EurepGrap, ISO ****1, Esalq, Cerrado Controlled Origin, BSCA. 
Daterra Bruzzi coffee is pronounced sweet aroma and taste, with low to medium-low acidity with chocolaty notes mid cup, finishing with creamy-caramel smoothness.
