The filling and wrapping machine: BRICK LINEAR It’s the most modern automatic machine for produce ice-cream in bricks with or without wafers. Modern construction of BRICK-LINE enables to packing in brick such products us: ice-cream, ice-cream with wafers, cottage cheese, lard or butter. The packaging materials can be: aluminum foil, paper or foil based on natural mineral components. Application of digital servo-drives, permit to keep suitable type of bricks and it precise doses. The machine can produce bricks with different “hard” ingredients, also with syrup and pieces of fruits. All elements of the machine are made of stainless steel AISI **4 or plastic mass permitted to contact with food POM and PE. Additional the machine can be equipped with hygienic chamber or adapted to OLD or OLB lines with automatic carrying bricks over hygienic chamber. Machines’ functions are checked by color sensory panel “touch screen” type. Programmable controller ensures: easy control of machine’s functions, fluent readjustment to working conditions, information about alarms and diagnostic status. System of automatic package collects is equipped with optical fibre sensors allows to precise cutting by the mark or given length. Possibility of production a few type of bricks size. Capacity: from 4 **0 to 6 **0 pieces/hour
