How to apply: After lightly arranging skin tone with toner after washing every morning and evening, apply the product on the edge of eyes and eye lids or under eyes at the stage of eye cream then absorb it as tapping gently. It is applicable to use on areas of pigmented blemishes or freckles as a spot cover.
