Working process: Real-time detects the temperature of supply and return pipe, monitors the instantaneous flow rate, BTU Meter accumulates each tenant heating or cooling energy consumption, as per rated unit price (Dollars/MW) to calculate the total fee of them. System composition: 1) Calculator (Model C*3P) – Receives signals from flowmeter and temperature sensor, calculates and indicates the quantity of heat exchanged. LCD display, adopts solid state circuitry to ensure high accuracy and automatic compensation for water density to provide reliable operation; 2) Flow sensor – Turbine, turbin and electromagnetic flowmeter are all ok, but strongly recommends Electromagnetic flowmeter to ensure the accuracy and maintenance free; 3) Temperature sensor pair – 4 wires PT***0, fast response and high accuracy;
