Buckwheat (buckwheat)

Among cereal crops, which are grown in the Ukraine, the largest area occupied by one of the most valuable - buckwheat. This is one of the traditional national crops. Buckwheat tasty, useful, is not only recognized national food, but also widely used as a dietary therapeutic product.

Buckwheat is grown mainly as grouts crops. It is characterized by a high content of starch (****0%), protein (****2%), carbohydrates and minerals, particularly the salts of phosphorus, calcium and iron.
