Model BBF *0 Filling Machine

The SHAPE BBF*0 FIBC Filling System is an economical way of filling Big Bags. It incorporates a number of unique features such as:
 

• Semi-automatic inflatable seal connection speeds up the rigging of the empty Big Bag.
• Central support mast allows access from all three sides.
• Adjustable mast allows for different Big Bag heights to be accommodated on the same machine.
• Hygienic 'open frame' design allows ease of cleaning.
• Optional available are vibrating bed table for material compaction and run-out conveyors.

The BBF*0 can handle a wide variety of products from Rice Flour to Dry Nutritional Drink Powder to Cement in a clean and efficient manner.

The units can be supplied complete with controlled in-feed device and control systems to suit the Clients requirements.

Dust explosion prevention or protection may be required on systems handling dry powder or granular materials. To operate without proper explosion venting may result in fire or explosion. check local industrial codes and policies or consult SHAPE.
