Fiztum is a combination of Papain / Simethicone and fungalDiastase  Papain : An enyme obtained form the juice of the unripe fruit of Carica papya that digests protein and catalyses the breakdown of proteins by hydrolysis. Simethicone : An anti-foaming agent that helps to release gas in the digestive tract preventhing colic pain and flatulence. Fungal Diastase : A starch degrading enzyme that helps in digestion of starch and carbohydrates from the diet into simple polysaccharides and sugar.
