Our Brolos brand lobster tails are produced from premium quality Western Rock Lobster and are blast frozen in the most modern freezer facilities. This ensures that the exceptional quality of the western australian cold water lobster tails is maintained from ocean to plate.
The tails are wrapped by method of cello wrap and are easily unwrapped, possessing an immaculate presentation in both their wrapped or unwrapped form. The cello wrap keeps the lobster tails well protected, preventing any damage or drying out. The end result of this protection is the tails remain in optimum condition containing the perfect amount of moisture, which enables them to retain premium quality and flavour, the core benefit to the final consumer.
