The machine can form C and Z purlin after leveling, hot and cold forming, punching and cutting. It makes realization of C and Z-type automatic conversion. The specification is automatically adjusted to make the forming speed reaching up to *0m / min. It is used in construction steel cold-formed purlins automatic production which fills the gap in domestic area.
 
Production process:
Fill in material -> Cut material and load the board -> enter load and leveling -> fixed-length punching -> fixed-length cutting-> roll forming -> finished discharge
