With the advantages of high resistance temperature to softening, creep strength and high thermal and electrical conductivity, wear resistance, silver and copper alloy are ideal material for motor and used as heat resistance, wear resistance and high electrical conductivity material. The product has been widely used in motor commutator, electrified railway contact line, generator rotor and other heat resistance, wear resistance and high electrical conductivity material. The content of oxygen and silver are below10ppm and 300ppm--8000ppm, respectively. The silver content is added according to customer requirement. The content of oxygen and silver are below 10ppm and 0.1%, respectively. The hardness is over HB100 and the width is up to 150mm. The width-to-thickness ratio on the bigger end and smaller end are up to 22 and 70, respectively. With stable size and high precision, high wear resistance, heat resistance and arc resistance, the product is used for producing high-power dc motor commutator used in large ship and high-speed trains.
