Quality Standard Cabinetry Door Starts by Building Unfinished Doors with Premium Select Lumber.

§ Face frames are pocket mortised, glued and screwed for long lasting
durability
§ Cabinetry Doors mortise and tenon construction shaped stiles and rails,
CARB Phase II appliance glue, Hand pinned for a super strong and
durable door joint.
§ Face frame, Door stiles and rails are 3/4” thick solid wood
§ Shaped the door panels to the desired profile and hand sanded to **0 grit
to ensure smoothest and most accurate shape details possible.
§ Assembled Doors run through a 3 stage *8″ wide belt sander to final
sanding pass in order to make the face and back of the cabinet doors as
smooth as possible.
