Precise speed control is provided from 0 to ***0 RPM with the help of Push Trigger switch. This switch is conveniently located at index finger position of the drill grip. The entire design of the drill housing is designed using latest modeling and simulation software and is optimized for all hand sizes from 5 to 8. Use of specially designed Linear Motion Sensor allows smooth speed variation in proportion to the pressure applied on the trigger switch. Drill is powered by Ortho Drill Power Station, which converts standard **0 V AC,1 Phase Line voltage to *5 V DC using latest solid-state electronics technology. A PWM controller further shapes this voltage to provide constant torque over entire speed range of the machine. The design ensures that Patient Side is well isolated and no electric current can pass.
