What’s carbon fiber vinyl? It\'s a vinyl film that looks like real carbon fiber but is less expensive and

more versatile.This carbon fiber can be applied to any smooth curved or flat surface with ease,

like used on gas tank cover, wheels,dashboards, hood, helmets, computeres, body works and any

other object to give an appearance of 3D textured carbon fiber.

This carbon fiber has 3D effect. If the carbon fiber vinyl is mounted on any object,then this object

Application:

 Applied to any smooth curved or flat surface with ease, like used on gas tank cover, wheels, dashboards, hood, helmets, computers, body works and any other object.

Installation:

 Step 1:

Make the objet surface clean. Remove the vinyl’s backing liner, then stick the vinyl on the surface.

Step 2:

Spray the exposed carbon fibersurface till wet, using a foaming glass cleaner in a spray bottle.

Step 3:

Make the surface smoothy with a credit card or squeegee to remove any air bubbles. Work your way from the center of the surface going outwards.

 Step 4:

Heat the vinyl with a heat gun set to low. You will notice that the carbon fiber vinylwill begin to stretch.

Step 5:

Pull the vinyl and wrap the area. Smooth it again with the credit card or squeegee.

Step 6:

Trim the excess edges with a knife and remove any scrap pieces of vinyl. Smooth the edges down. Wet the carbon fiber vinyl again and then dry
