DGZ series carbonated soft drink PET bottling machine is used to produce all kinds of carbonated drinkspacked in plastic/ glass bottle. With washing, filling and capping combined in one unit, preventing second pollution. We can also offer the turn-key project.

Features

1. Adopting suspending bottle-neck clamping design, which making the bottle stable on the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
2. Adopting special stainless steel clip, and the clip will not contact the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzle is in the clip can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
3. Adopting advanced micro negative-pressure filing technology, filling quickly, steady and accurate. The beverage-holding tank is fully closed,  temperature-control device and CIP washing interface are installed.
4. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping. And the power of screw capping can be adjusted freely. Capping is reliable and will not harm the caps.
5. Each element contacts with the water is made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components such as the decelerators, the motor are all from famous international companies such as Mitsubishi and Siemens...
