We are pleased to introduce our company, Vipra Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd., Nagpur, (India), producing high grade cenospheres for oil well drilling applications over last 8 years and supplying in the Middle East.

We procure best quality of cenosphere from selected power plants and process the same in our factory near Nagpur in central India. We have full-fledged plant with gravity separation system, efficient dryers and screening, packing and material handling equipment.

We ensure quality by continuous sampling and testing in our laboratory, which is fully equipped with gas pycnometer, bulk density meter, polarising microscope etc.  We ensure that each batch of production is thoroughly tested and approved before shipment to the buyer.

We supply cenospheres in jumbo bags which are made of high micron ultra violet resistant HDP fabric, fully laminated with specially designed **0% dust-proof baffle stitching.

Our customers have always been fully satisfied with the quality of material and our packing standards.  We attach a few pictures showing stuffing of bags of cenospheres into the container in our factory.

We have capacity to supply 8 to *0 containers (**0 tons) per month.
