KOSUN SB Series Sand Pump

Application
KOSUN SB series sand pump is designed for petroleum and mining drilling solid control equipment, which is often applied in mud supplying for desander,desilter, mud mixer, mud pump of the oil drilling fluid clarification system. The pump also fuctions mud mixing,shearing, sand removing, air displacing, pressure increasing, cleaning in fields of chemistry, industry, construction and agriculture.

Structure
KOSUN SB series sand pump applies axial suction stucture, consisting of motor,pump seat, pump shell, impeller and other components. Shearing coupling ( horizontal)or plum coupling ( vertical) connection, mechnical or combined sealing, main and auxiliary impeller combination.

Feature
KOSUN SB series sand pump is designed for corrosive liquids with suspended particles in well drilling or other similar liquids. Flow passage components are antiwear cast iron ensures corrosive and viscous liquid. Compared with common pumps, KOSUN SB series sand pump features  excellent performance, big capacity, long working life, convenient maintenance. Main mechanical sealing is high grade antiwear cemented carbide with long seal life while the auxiliary sealing is packing seal, preventing accidental damages.
