The wheels of these series adopt a vitreous, porous bond. Our vitrified bond wheels ensure the smooth discharge of cutting chips, outstanding sharpness, and machining with less quench cracking. They also excel in ease of truing and are very effective in machining iron-based, mass-produced parts on automatic grinders.
（1）Versatile enough to meet a wide variety of customers needs.
（2）Smaller thermal effect during grinding and are endowed with improved abrasive retentivity. The wheels realize high-grade machining of steel workpieces with a high level of grinding efficiency.
（3）The high abrasive retentivity, provided by a high-strength bond, improves surface roughness and reduces wheel abrasion, resulting in a longer dressing cycle. The wheels are used for chilled cast iron cam grinding, contouring, etc.
