Storage Battery Business Department is devoted to lead-acid battery’s technology-studying and manufacture to offer the DC power for the electric automobile, electric tourist car, electric golf cart, electric tools van etc.
Our company has many years production experience, strong technical force and complete inspection method. We developed the new manufacturing techniques for traction batteries which based on the oversea advanced theory. It adopted tubular anode, die-casting grid. And optimize the active substrate’s formula and technics, we have a great progress in manufacture technics of traction battery. The quality reached the advanced domestic level in quality and performance. The battery manufactured according to ISO***0 Standard, and adoptted the GB, IEC, BS, DIN, JIS standard. We also could manufacture the specialized products as customer’s request. The five advantage;
1. It adopt tubular anode. The calandria adopt New Material Polyester which have high anti-corrosion capability. Compare with the traditional pasted plate and glass fiber calandria, Polyester calandria ‘s plate will not remove and leak powder.
2. Positive electrode adopt pressure-casting.  To compare with the traditional grid casting, the grid have many advantage, such as strong toughness, close texture , non-fragile , high anti-corrosion and conductivity.
3. Negative grid adopt hexahydric alloy with high anti-corrosion.
4. Use the newest formula and technique. To compare with homogeneous lead-acid battery, the capacity of our battery is ****0% higher and have good performance in Low temperature.
