The Auto Limiter Ioverfill protection system is an automatic shut-off valve designed to be installed in the 4" riser pipe.

AILE'S ZHF-V vapor check valve adaptors are used on the vapor recovery riser pipes on an underground storage tank.

1)        AILE'S ZHF-V vapor check valve adaptors are used on the vapor recovery riser pipes on an underground storage tank.

2)        Dual point vapor recovery systems provide an easy and economical installation at new locations and faster drop times than coaxial systems due to a straight 4" drop across the top and vapors collected from 3" or 4" riser pipe.

3)        The vapor check valve adaptor permits coupling to the vapor return line from the underground tank in dual point systems. The poppet design seals off the vapor path when not coupled.

Auto Limiter Automatic Shut-Off Valve

The Auto Limiter Ioverfill protection system is an automatic shut-off valve designed to be installed in the



4" riser pipe of underground storage tanks with tight fill adaptor to reduce the flow by *0% at first stage



(approximately *2% of tank capacity) and shut down the gravity flow at *5% of tank capacity. It is designed to be installed in a spill containment manhole, which makes it unnecessary to break concrete or add a new manhole. The anodized cast aluminum valve body and aluminum drop tubes make the Auto Limiter II virtually maintenance free. The Drain Valve Isolation Kit(*********1)should be used in a retrofit upgrade to comply with CARB EVR requirement.
