PURPOSE

This equipment is designed to perform or three essential function

- Mix the chicken manure, grinding the pieces, avoinding waste of feet and breasts;

- Burn the feathers at the end of the process, making the fastest production and with minimal effort;

- Lime propagation time to reduce the moisture and provide disinfection, for a new production cycle. The spreader time is coupled to the equipment making possible a secure application without the dust of time.

The circulation system is hydraulic, variable and continuous speed. It is possible to control the application making easier travel speed. The operator can be positioned on the equipment, to work comfortably.

Thinking about the low level waste, we set up a device that can be treated during prodcuction, Bicycle, with chicken inside, because of the triangular forntal form with a rubber protection, Itp's going to do to make hens way avoinding get trampled and decreasing dust level environment.
