Stock Paste Preparation:
Put SAT7 into water with particular ratio, stir with high speed for 1~2h until the stock becomes homogeneous. Mix stock with dye solution according to requirements.
When dealing with polyester and blended fabrics printing using disperse dye, nonvolatile organic acids can be used to adjust the pH to 5.0~5.5. Also this thickener can be used in the stannous chloride or alkali discharge printing.
Note:
If original paste is not homogeneous or it does not disperse fully or the viscosity does not reach the max value, please do not add any preservatives or acid materials.
