Pure chitosan fibers are produced through a manufacturing process in which **0% deacetylated chitosan is dissolved in acetic acid, spun through a nozzle and then stretched. We, Weifang Young Deok Chitosan Co. , have successfully developed products processed which chitosan fibers through intensive R&D efforts. 

1. Antibacterial function

The antibacterial function of chitosan fibers depends on the purity of raw chitosan used for the manufacture of chitosan fibers. The chitosan fibers we produce are commonly acknowledged as the world's best product for its functionality. Regarding the skin of Lysozyme When one wears an underwear made of chitosan fibers, lysozyme that kill various germs increases 1.5 to 2.0 times as chitosan fibers come in contact with the skin.
