The new Chocolate Shell Line is patented on behalf of SRC Machinery and the chocolate shell is produced by mechanical suction. It is developed to support optional shell forming and optional fill in processes. Besides that chocolate depositor and shell forming unit, there are 3 more cooling tunnels in different production phases.



The rates of chocolate shell and fill in materials may be adjusted between *5% to *5% in accordance with the form of the product. Following products can be produced with this system: chocolates with fill in flavors like cream, jelly, and/or whole nuts, puffed rice, pieces of hazelnut, almond, and walnut. Chocolates with varying forms like tablet, napoliten, baton, and three-color in varying weights can be produced with this system.



The system comprises the following units

-Mold heating tunnel,

-Chocolate depositor,

-Shell group,

-Shell cooling tunnel,

-Hazelnut apparatus,

-One shot depositor,

-Fill in cooling tunnel,

-Shell heating unit,

-Chocolate coating depositor,

-Multi-layer cooling tunnel.

-The present depositors support the production of single color or bicolor cream fill ins.
