2. If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you need pay the mould charge; Mold charges can be refunded after receipt of orders.
3. We will start to prepare samples for you as soon as we received the payment. Your full address (including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared;
4. Sample time usually within 1 week (Guarantee the quality as the premise). 

About production
 
1. After sample approved, clients pay *0% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production;
2. Production time is ****0 days after deposit and design approved Depends on quantity and detailed requirement.Nomally ****5days.
3. We send photos or issue mass production samples to clinets for inspection after production finished, Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable;
4. We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance
