beverage,fermentation wine, jelly, canned fruits and jam, as sour
agent, enhance agent, buffer agent, antioxidant, chelation agent.
In medical industry, they can be used as material to make syrup
citrate, ferroammonium citrate and sodium citrate. In chemical
industry, they can be used as buffer agent, catalytic agent ,
activating agent, purging agent, adsorbent, styler and
detergent.In addition, citric acid have its special uses in
Atomic Energy industry to purge and clean the radio matter in the
atomic reaction equipment from pollution.
