CK**8A machine tool is a kind of automation numerical control processing machine tool, applied to machining the internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face, grooving and chamfering regarding components. This machine tool is improved in terms of spindle structure, increasing the rigidity of equipment, particularly suitable for rough and finish machining related to components including automobile hub, brake drum, flywheel casing, clutch housing, pressure plate, rim, subtractive shell and discs.
Main Features:
.The machine tool spindle is equipped with variable frequency motor at *5kw (*8.5kw and *2kw also optional) for infinitely variable speed, applied to high-rate cutting, also to parts semi-finish machining and finish machining.
2. Both the vertical and horizontal feed is controlled by servo motor automatically. The vertical direction setting Balance weight structure greatly extend the life cycle of lead screw 
3. The machine tool rest is of horizontal structure, shortening tool changing time, and is driven by electricity, improving work efficiency.
4. The special tooling, four-station electric tool rest or encoder may be installed based on users requirements.
5. This machine tool may be equipped with domestic system of HNC, KND, GREAT and GSK optionally according to users requirements.
