CLEAN ROOM
HINGE DOORS
These doors are especially designed for clean rooms in hospitals to ensure
sterility and to maintain correct air pressure in the room. These doors come
with single and double leaf with various color scheme options to match the
interior / exterior wall paint. These doors meet the international standards
for quality and safety.

SPECIFICATIONS
Clean room doors are flushed hinged doors. The flush
construction prevents bacterial growth hence ensures
perfect sterility in the room. It comes in single and double
leaf doors depending on the width of clear passage
required. These doors come in standard sizes, but
customization is also available as per special requirements
and site conditions.
Door leafs are made from 0.8mm thick stainless steel or
galvanized steel sheet with powder coating formed to
provide a *6mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell
with lock seam joints at the stile edges. Honeycomb kraft
paper or Polyurethane is used as IN-FILL to give the
required rigidity and effective acoustic insulation.
Wall frames are produced from 1.2mm thick stainless
steel or powder coated galvanized steel sheet to single
rebate profile of size **0mm X *8mm. The wall frames
are installed on brick/block wall or plastered openings
with the help of anchor fasteners. Door frames may
supply to knockdown/welded form with butt joints for
bolted assembly at site.
The wall frames and door leafs are coated with Zinc
Phosphate Primer to receive any paint on site or finished
with. Thermosetting Polyurethane paint of Aliphatic
Grade providing high levels of scratch resistance and
durability/Epoxy polyester powder for powder coating
paint thickness **- *5 microns(dry film thickness).
Border printed vision window of 6mm thick toughened
clear glass can be provided in any rectangular size to
both side of the door leaf. These window glasses will be
flushed with the door leaf.
Stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges fixed to the
door frame and door leaf for noiseless and friction free
movement for years after year. Mortise sash lock with lever
handles, Mortise dead bolt, Mortise latch and concealed
lever action flush bolt is provided to the leading stile edge.
Many other useful options are provided with the door like
door closer, smoke seal for air tightness, drop seal at the
bottom of the door, louvers in the door leaf, any size of
rectangular vision window, kick plate and panic bar for
fire doors etc.
