Usage & Features:

1. This machine is mainly for drilling plate used in steel construction, power transmission tower, and petrochemical industry. This machine has moving gantry structure, vertical movement (X axis) and lateral movement (Y axis) are driven by servo motor through precision ball screws guide. Can automatically, accurately and quickly positioning, and automatically finishing drilling process. Greatly improved drilling accuracy and drilling speed, and also ensured interchangeability of parts. And while avoiding the workpiece repair or scrapped possibility caused by manual positioning and drilling error.

2. Machine control system uses host computer + CNC system control. Auto programming software and machine monitoring software installed on PC, you can directly convert AUTOCAD image files and generated processing program. Even if the manual programming is very simple and fast, a person who has no experience in computer operation can also complete the workpiece program in a very short period.

3. Double-tables can ensure efficient processing, making drilling and loading and unloading workpieces at the same time, continuous processing, while not need to stop the machine when loading-&-unloading workpieces, and greatly increasing productivity.

4. Hydraulic clamping group can complete the workpiece clamping and release, to make the workpiece clamping reliable, stable, and fast.

5. With automatic chip removal device and the cycle of water cooling systems to reduce the auxiliary working hours, and reduce labor intensity. Operators only need load and unload workpieces and replace the drill bit.

6. Advanced self-controlled stroke drilling power head, don't need to set any parameters before use, can automatically do the conversion of empty stroke fast feeding, slow working feeding , drill thoroughly and rapid return.

7. Quick-change chuck tools make drill load and unload simple, convenient and fast.
