Salient features:

1 Servo Motor and ‘Servo Drive’ system for Feed Roll.

2 Cut Length accuracy within 1 mm.

3 Pinch Roll and Feed Roll actuation by Pneumatic Cylinders.

4 Run out conveyor after shear machine for easy handling of cut sheet.

5 Shear machine with electrical clutch brake combination for automatic cutting.

6 Electric Control Panel cum Operator Desk with Digital Interface, and all necessary control switches, namely ‘Auto/Manual’ mode selector switch, s / indications etc shall be provided.

7 Automatic lubrication system for shear machine will lubricate all sliding points at the start and at regular intervals, which will give trouble free running of the shear machine.

8 Connector system for cables. Easy to connect and start machine.
