1. Raw material
The raw material of our cold drawn tubes is hot rolled seamless
pipe with high purity and steel grade as follows:
DIN2391-2: ST37, ST52
EN10305-1 EN10083: E235, E355, E410, E470, C45E, 34CrMo4,
42CrMo4
ASTM A519: SAE1020, SAE1045, SAE1026, SAE4130, SAE4140
GB/T3639 GB8713: 20#, 16Mn, 45#, 25Mn, 30CrMo,
40CrMo
2. Accuracy
After cold drawing, without further honing or
skiving, the tube accuracy is as follows:
ID Oval: 0.05-0.15mm
Wall thickness deviation: ±5~7%
OD tolerance: ±0.3mm
Length: ≤13.5m
Straightness: 0.3mm/m
Inner surface finish: 0.8~1.6μm
3. Delivery condition
For most of the cylinder tubes, the delivery condition is always
stress relieved. Other delivery condition as follows is also
available:
+C/BK: Cold drawn without heat treatment
+LC/BKW: Cold drawn without final heat treating
+SR/BKS: Stress relieved
+A/GBK: Annealed
+N/NBK: Normalized
Q+T: Quenched+Tempered
4. Size
ID: 30~300mmï¼›Wall thickness: 2~30mm
5. Process
The honing and skiving roller
burnishing will be done as per customer's request.
