Our emeralds are certified by renowned gemologists. Among them, Mr. John Mario Zamoro (Gemmologist V.P.T.C, GIA Alumni *********9) is one of our leading experts. Additionally, the emeralds come with a certificate directly from the Muzo mine.

Logistics and Documentation
To ensure secure and reliable delivery, we use international courier services. Emeralds shipped from Colombia will be accompanied by the following documents:
   - Certification from Muzo Colombia
   - Commercial invoice
   - Gemology Certificate

Formalities and Transport
We handle all customs and export formalities. Shipments will be made via recognized couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Our team ensures all procedures are followed to guarantee trouble-free delivery. However, you will need to handle customs clearance on your end.

Shipping Times
The average time between ordering and receipt of payment is approximately fifteen days. This timeframe includes all necessary steps to ensure the emeralds arrive in perfect condition.

Gems Quality Classification
We classify our emeralds according to the following quality grades:
   - B: Low quality
   - A: Average quality
   - AA: Medium-high quality
   - AAA: Top quality, stones whose price per carat can reach or exceed **0,**0 USD

We only sell AA and AAA quality emeralds.
