1. Widely used; Lidao color coated aluminum coil is used widely in many flieds, such as  the roofing, the ceiling, the gutter, the roller shutter, the honeycomb, the truck for transportation, the can material and so on.

2. High quality substrate and coating material: all of our substrater are from  Southwest China Aluminum Industry Co.Ltd. The coating material is from PPG and Becker.( The content of the fluoro resin is more than *0%  for the PVDF coating material)

3.Pre-treatment: 4 production line are all imported from Germany Henkel.

   Surface treatment: PE , PVDF EPOXY coated.

4. Alloy :***0, ***0, ***3, ***4, ***5, ***5, ***2 and so on.

5. Thickness of the coated aluminum coil:Lidao supply the thickness from 0.*3mm to 3.0mm .

6. Width: ***0mm is the widest we can supply.( the first one to produce such width)

7. Colour: any color we can supply for you. Also we can mix the color basded on the clients' sample( RAL Standard is also very popular)

8. Property: flexibility: T-bend: 2T

                     impact resistance: no cracking and peeling (*0kg/cm3) ASTMD****4:***3

                     MEK resistance: more than **0 times.( no color fading)

                     Pensive hardness: 2H

                     Corrosion resistance: surface deep in the 5% HCL or 5% NAOH for *8 hours,there is no change.

9. Quality guarantee: *0 years for PVDF coating.

                         There  is  a paper core inside ( diameter can be **5mm or **5 mm) , the weight of every coil is according to your needs.
