Combined Boring Head for CNC Skiving Roller Burnishing Machine
1. Processing dimension:
Inner DN**- **0mm pipe with scraping and burnishing thickness: 1mm
     DN*****0mm pipe with scraping and burnishing thickness: 6mm
2. Main components:
 Body of the boring head , sustainable rack , shaft , rolling cylinder, Nyon stock , pull pin, rotating pin, drogue, all kinds of springs, piston , covers or caps , all cutting blades, sustainable rack bases etc.
3.Processing procedure:
Check drawings in detail→purchasing relative material→process material on lathe→heat treatment of lathed material (Quenching , tempering and nitriding) →grinding, polishing→inspection of all parts→assembly→Anti-embroidered processing→package→delivery
4. Processing Method:
To be scraped forward and tumbled afterward,  and it is capable of rapidly adjusting dimensions of cutting tools , guide blocks and tumbling mechanism respectively and the blade holder, guide block and tumbling parts can be drawn back synchronously through the control of hydraulic pressure to prevent the processed surface from cutting or damaging thus to make the whole system circulated stability and rapidly.
