Brief introduction

The combined dryer is installed with refrigerated and absorption dryer equipped together, the air which is dealt with refrigerated dryer will directly enter the absorption dryer from the air-water separator of the dryer, not be dealt through the pre cooler ,the current air temperature is around 2°C*5°C,the dew point is around 5°C, at this point the air enter the absorption dryer and be absorbed in deeper level, the dew point will be better if the air temperature is lower. So the combined dryer can reach the much more stable dew point. Part of water in air has already been cleared by the refrigerated dryer before enter the absorption dryer, so it reduce the working content of the absorption dryer, therefore, the absorption dryer can endure much more longer time in shift, then reduce the air consumption.

Cooling way: air cooled or water cooled

Control Mode:CPU (Standard Configuration), PLC and dew point meter  is Optional  

Regeneration Air Consumption: 2~5%   

Regenerative way: heatless or micro heated 

Adsorbent: Activated aluminum oxide or molecular sieve   
Air cooled ambient Temperature:≤*8°C   

Water cooled cooling water temperature:   ≤*2°C

Cooling water pressure:0.*5~0.5MPa
Power Supply:**0V/*0HZ or **0V/*0HZ

Installation way: indoors, without foundation
