Milk powder production line take fresh cow milk,sheep milk,or other animal milk as raw material,after sterilizing,dehydration,fefat,drying,then to be milk powder.
Milk powder can be devided to modified milk powder,whole milk powder,skimmed milk powder according to the difference of processing.Milk powder is easy to using,high nutrition,convenient to take.The milk powder can be widely used,for babies,young children,adults,pregnant women,old people,etc.
The whole line consists of the following parts:
Part1:Pre-treatment
Milk receiving,sterilizing,fat-free,storage,make the milk get the standard to making powder.
Part2:Vacuum concentration.
Concentrating the milk to *5%**5% dry material contained.
Part3: Spray drying.
Taking the concentrated milk to drying tower,spraying drying.
Part4:Filling and packing.
You can choose the paper bag with inner film or plastic bag or metal cans.
