Our products mainly contain glass autoclave, composite autoclave, vulcanization autoclave, wood autoclave, medical autoclave and so on. They are widely used in many different areas, such as composites curing, safety glass laminating, photovoltaic module encapsulation, wood carbonization, rubber vulcanization, industry chemicals synthesis and so on.
Composite autoclave is used to hot-press the composite materials with carbon fiber and resin matrix composite(such as polyimide, bismaleimide, epoxy resin and thermoplastic resin matrix, etc.) , it is the key equipment to manufacture composite materials products. SINOMAC composite autoclave is controlled by our advanced Thermal Process Control System (TPC). This TPC software is developed on the basis of PLC which is exclusively used in composites curing.
