[Drug Name]Compound Ketoconazole Cream

[Ingredients]This product is compound prparation,the group are as follows:each containing 0.1 grams of ketoconazole and clobetasol propionate 5 mg.

[Properties]This product is a white emulsion-type matrix to white cream.

[Indications]Mainly used for superficial skin fungal infections,such as hand ringworm,tinea pedis,tinea corporis,tinea cruris and so on.

[Specifications]*0 grams:0.1 grams of ketoconazole and clobetasol propionate 5 mg.

[Usage and dosage]

After cleaning,take appropritate uniform erasure lesion.2 times 1 day.General corporis and cruris two weeks as a course of treatment,hand,foot and ringworm a course of 4 weeks.

[Adverse reactions]

1.    common erythema,burning,itching,or other irritation,folliculitis,skin atrophy thinning,telangiectasia and so on.

[Notes]

1.    Avoid to contact with eyes.

2.    Tinea cruris patients,do not wear underwear or a close chemical fiber underwear,should wear loose cotton underwear.

3.    Tinea pedis patients,after bath dry skin(especially the skin between the toes).Should wear cotton socks,chang everyday,shoes should be breathable.

4.    In order to reduce infection recurrence of the Candiada disease,tinea corporis,tinea cruris and tinea versicolor,treatment takes at least 2~4 weeks,seborrheic dermatitis of at least take 4 weeks or until clinical cure.

5.    This product contains a potent clobetasol propionate,if the long-term,large-scale application or use of packet treatment,due to its systemic absorption,can cause reversible hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(PHA) axis suppression,cushing’s syndrome can occur in some patients,high blood sugar and urine sugar,etc.Table Now.Therefore,this product can not be long-term,large-scale application,and is not using packet treatment.
