Other
Different from the heavy and expensive traditional ceiling, our
system use modern metal materials such as blaster or fiber board
to create a light and safe ceiling. The ceiling is fireproof and
is also called W-BAR system. With CKMs galvanized steel, more
time is saved and less accessories are needed. You can easily
manage the quality and schedule of construction.
◎ Feartures：
There are tenons on the carrying channel, allowing the channel to joint with the furring bar directly without any accessories.
There are flukes on wings of both sides, which stop the screws from slipping when sealing.
Furring bars is made from galvanized steel, with non-skid holes on the surface.
Maintence holes are punched on the carrying channel that the maintence bold can go through it and fix the system.
Distance between tenons is precisely fixed, making it easier to seal.
Installation of the system and board sealing can be conducted at the same time.
Pitch between tenons is fixed, that allows putty with 3′x6′ or 4′x8′ plaster board.
