General introduction of concentrator machine:
Beneficiation concentrator machine which has another name called high efficiency thickner is used to concentrate the concentrates and dewater the tailings. The high efficiency concentrator can improve the pulp from *0%**0% to about *0%**0%. High efficiency concentrator which also has several types such as ore concentrate, coal concentrator, peripheral driving thickner, pulp thickner and tailing thickner is generally used in the chemical, metallurgical, non-metallic mineral, environmental protection, coal processing and other industries. Actually, high efficiency concentrator is not simple dressing equipment, but it is a new type of dewatering equipment as well as slurry screening machinery.
Structure of concentrator machine: 
Thickener mainly consists of round concentration tank and rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry sedimentate under gravity, and the upper part can become clear water, therefore, solid-liquid separation has been achieved. Deposited mud at the bottom of the concentration tank are scraped and collected by the rake scraper and exclude from discharge mouth, and the clear water overflow from the upper part of concentration tank.
