Acid Cellulase Liquid is a high concentrated liquid Acid Celluase enzyme, produced from the strain of Trichoderma reesei by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.

Acid Cellulase Liquid performs a hydrolysis reaction on 1,*-beta-D-glycosidic bonds in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans, in order to produce oligose and glucose. It is broadly used in animal feed, distillery, textile and many other industries.

DEFINITION OF UNIT
1 unit of Acid Cellulase Liquid equals to the amount of enzyme, which releases 1μmol reducing sugar from 5mg/ml consistency of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution in 1 min. at *0°C and pH value 4.8; the amount of reducing sugar equals to glucose.  

FUNCTION CONDITIONS
Working at pH **6.5, optimum 4.**5.5; working temperature ****0°C, favorable ****5°C.  

FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
Acid Cellulase Liquid hydrolyzes 1,*-beta-D-glycosidic bonds in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans, and produces oligose and glucose.  

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATION
