Concrete Batching Plant

1.Aggregate batching system

It  can be designed to installation underground, partially underground or on the ground.The aggregate hopper can accommodate 3-5 hoppers.
Computer control system can control the material  less material-feeding, over loading alarm, delete material, gap automatic tracking and automatic correction function, ensuring the aggregate proportion of accurate.

2.Aggregate  conveyor and weighing

Belt  conveyor use girder type structure ,conveying angle≤20 ,multi-point correction and self-centring device ,it can be  reliable and stabile .Also can use chevron belt and tilt range up to 27 degrees at this time, can reduce the space of equipment footprint.Tension device can adjust belt tensioning simple and easy,it is  reliable working to prevent slipping effectively.

3.Mixing platform

All the part of mixing platform connect by blot ,it is easy to installing and removing that can save time to installation and commissioning time .Outside packing use color steel plate with  foam inside , it can be dust-proof, heat preservation,noise protection and overall aesthetic appearance.It have testing platform or ladder while repair or maintenance, it can be easy to checking and having  enough room to standing .It can be designed to be  "-", "l", "t" according to the jobsite  to fit for  different users ' demands.

4.Mixer

By using twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it mixes evenly and rapidly, achieving good mixing effect for all kinds of dry concrete, semi-dry concrete and plastic concrete.Multi-angle stirring arm avoids the phenomenon of concrete holding shaft.When the mixer main engine works the mixing shaft counter rotates.The materials remain in boiling motion under the action of the mixing blade.Meanwhile, under the shearing action of the stirring arm, the material is fully mixed in a relatively short period time.


5.Cement weighting system

The cement and fly ash storage in silo and delivery to weighing hopper by screw conveyor ,use high-precision weighing sensor, it control by computer ,it will stop delivery when it reach the  settled value

6.Liquid weighing system

Water weighing system and addtive weight system  is measured by high precision weighing sensor,pump straight into weighing hopper or gravitationally feed into the weighing hopper through the upper storage tank.

7.The control system

It use domestic advanced double machine synchronized control and is equipped with specialized UPS power supply, high performance long-life Siemens PLC, high speed and high precision weighing unit module, the international famous low-voltage electrical component, and is combined with our professional control and monitoring software.
