• Planning the conference venue and programme and inviting visitors or speakers;
• Online and onsite registration including making of visitor budges
• Hiring the venue, furniture, catering, audio-visual equipment etc;
• Organization of receptions ,dinners and entertainment during events, .
• Management of the event as it takes place, including provision of necessary personnel, and dealing with   post-event analysis and report writing .
