The raw materials can be peanut,sesame,corn,sunflower,copra,grapeseed,rapeseed,rice bran,palm,and so on.

we provide turn-key project including machines,installation,training,after sales service and technology consulting.



The process ,to make oil is three steps:

pre-treatment → pressing  → refinery

Firstly pretreatment,we get the sesame seeds ready for pressing by cleaning,cooking,flaking,drying and so on.it makes the sesame easily get oil and would be less damage to the oil machine too.

Pressing is the process to extract oil from the flake.mainly the machine is the screw oil expellers.the product of this step would be crude oil and meals.

Refinery mainly including degumming,oil alkali refining,decolorizing,deodorizing.

 

 

 

Refinery

 

Crude oil →  filtrate  → degumming → deacidification → decoloration→ deodorization → filtrate → product oil

 

Refinery line is through removing impurities, degumming, deacidification, decoloration, deodorization, dewaxing to get high quality refined oil.

After refinery, both the economic value and the quality of the oil is improved.

 

Refining oil aim to:

1.make the oil more stable to keep in.

2 taste better

3,color looks better

4,provide raw materials for further processing
