CCB cooling crusher extrudes the molten materials when come out of the extruder, and cooling down them then crush rapidly under the sprayed cooling water at the below of the stainless steel, into 1 ~ 2 mm thick, about 10 mm x10mm small pieces.It is mainly applied to crushing compression of the thermosetting powder coating, which is the necessary equipment for the professional electrostatic powder coating manufacturers.



Principle

Extruded materials pass through cooling roller and become 1-2mm thick sheet from their melted condition.During the conveying process, cool water sprays on the back of the single stainless steel belt.Materials are chilled to ambient temperature and crushed to chip-type materials that drop into the container.After the fork and scraper, into a big shape, then through a pair of broken roller, into a small sheet into the hopper.Conveyor belt by butterfly spring up tight.
