ONLY GENUINE BUYERS
Seller will issue a draft contract to the buyer for reviewing.
Buyer will return the draft contract with approval as well as a template of the verbiage of the SBLC that will be issued from Buyer to sellers fiduciary account.
A final contract will be signed electronically between Buyer and seller and the Buyer will issue a Transferable Divisible and negotiable SBLC to sellers financier as designated in the contract.WITH 2% PB TO ACTIVATE THE NON-OPERATIVE SBLC
Payment of goods will be effected by **0% swift transfer (TT) upon arrival & re-inspection of goods at destination port by SGS or its equivalent.
The SBLC must be active and valid for 1year.
