The seller with full legal and corporate responsibility, and under penalty of perjury, with full knowledge of the act of fraud; and as the Seller, is ready, willing and able to deliver the herein offered metal under the following terms and conditions:
 
COMMODITY: Copper wire scrap   
SPECIFICATION: Purity *9, *5%      
QUANTITY: Trial basis Minimum **0 MT & Maximum 5,**0 MT per month x *2 months
UNIT PRICE: US$4,**0.*0 per MT CIF
 
CONDITIONS:
PACKING: BUNDLES WITH STEEL BAND OR AT CUSTOMER REQUEST
PAYMENT TERMS: **0% L/C at sight. (Korean pay terms upon request)
DELIVERY TIME: *5 days after received L/C at sight.
SUPPLY ABILITY: *0.**0 MT MAX.
LOADING PORT: Tianjin
DESTINATION PORT: Any free world port
TRANSHIPMENT: Allowed
PARTIAL SHIPMENT: Allowed
INSURANCE: All Risks by the Seller

COMTRACT PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer provides LOI to Seller to initiate proceedings; 
2. The Seller provides Full Corporate Offer to the Buyer.
3. Buyer signs and returns Full Corporate Offer to the Seller along with Buyers ICPO bank endorsed for Sellers verification.
4. Buyer and Seller sign the contract and exchange by fax. Hard Copies can be exchanged by courier (if necessary).
5. Buyer sends his financial document L/C to sellers bank for approval.
6. Shipments commence as per contract after sellers bank approved Buyers financial document.
7. NOTE: Buyer must accompany all container loadings and sealing.
VALIDITY: This offer is valid subject to Buyers confirmation before delivery. With 5% more or less in quantity and total contract amount allowed at the Sellers option.
